Anoka County Employees Golf Tournament
September 18, 2014 at Chominix Golf Course in Lino Lakes
This golf tournament is for Anoka County staff and retirees including county commissioners with all funds raised benefiting Achieve Services, Inc. This is a great opportunity to connect with key decision makers in the county.

Get your company’s logo and promotional information at a hole on the course. Network with golfers including several Anoka County Commissioners and Achieve Board Members.
Silent Auction Donor
Donate an item that we can sell at the silent auction and you will be mentioned at the event.
Made in the Shade Run, Walk, Roll 5K
September 20, 2014 at Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis
Eleven disability organizations from across the Twin Cities team up for Made in the Shade! This event attracts over 1,000 participants and offers a great opportunity for your company to get exposure to a unique and divers audience.

Company name on promotional flier, website, t-shirt, and event signage.
Oak Sponsor – $1,000

Get on Board! Achieve Fall Fundraiser
October 8, 2014 at Brookhall (Blainbrook) in Blaine
Our Fall Fundraiser features over 120 Achieve staff, participants, and community members. Attendees enjoy a pasta dinner, dance with live DJ, raffle, games, and much more!
Table Sponsor – $500
INCLUDES: 1 table at the event (8 seats), company logo displayed on dinner table, recognition on Achieve website and social media, table at event to display company information or products.
Event Sponsor – $1,000
INCLUDES: Everything in Table Sponsor plus recognition in event slideshow, logo/name above the event title on flier, recognition in Achieve newsletter and annual report.
