Dear Achieve Supporter,
Governor Dayton recently vetoed SF800, which included changes to the Disability Waiver Rate System (DWRS) that would have significantly helped Achieve Services. Specifically, the DWRS provisions would have reduced our rate cut from 34% to about 20%, and given us an additional year (7th year of banding) before we hit our funding cliff and the rate cut is fully implemented.
